How does the service work?

By simply providing some basic contact information and details about your project you can start to receive calls from professional landscaping providers. Your information gets forwarded to a number of local contractors that will call you to compete for your business. No longer do you have to call companies repeatedly to no answer, a single form can connect you with a number of companies that are looking to win your business.

Who is my contract between?

If you select one of the contractors that have contacted you through LandscapeCalgary.ca the contract is between you and that contractor. We hold no responsibly or liability to the services provided by any contractor that has subscribe to LandscapeCalgary.ca lead generation service.

How do I make sure the contractors are professionals?

As part of the requirements for our service we require that the landscaping contractors have valid commercial liability insurance, participate in WSIB for their employees and provide written warranty on their service. Each contractor has indicated they have met these requirements but it is up to you to validate each of these to your satisfaction. We do not guarantee these.

Can I get a list of contractors that will be contacting me?

Unfortunately no. We hold this information so that if a particular contractor is too busy to contact you regarding your request their reputation is protected. Contractors interested in your project will contact you in a timely manner.

Do I have to get an estimate from each contractor?

No. LandscapeCalgary.ca provides your project details to a number of professional contractors. Depending on the volume of business that each contractor has you may get a varying response. We are unable to control the number of call backs you get but you may decide how many estimates and how to screen who will provide you with an estimate.
